Hello to all!!! My name is Tiffany Spurling and  I am a law enforcement officer in my full-time job and work as a school resource officer where I am able to interact with children on the daily basis at this time as well. My passion has always been with horses and people alike.

I have ridden horses since I was 7 years old. Originally I started riding in Maryland with Sheila Harr and eventually ended up in North Carolina. I have been through many trainers myself, whether the experiences were good or bad, I always learned something.

Throughout my 22 years of experience with horses I have found my own training and instructing styles. The fact that I am younger turns some people away, but if you were to speak to someone who trains with or has trained with me, you may change your mind.

I have trained and competed in many disciplines which makes me very versatile. I am skilled at competing and teaching the following styles: Barrel Racing, Pole Bending, Speed/Fun Events, Trail, Western Pleasure (lower level open shows), English Equitation, Hunter/Jumper Over Fences (novice up to 3'9"), Dressage, and Eventing (lower levels)
About Tiffany Spurling
Spurling's Hidden Treasures Riding Academy
As you can see 12+ years has given me a lot of experience. I start young kids from 6 years old and up to adults who are my age and older.

My rates are reasonable for my knowledge and time spent with any rider. I give lessons on a variety of horses including Jax (25+ year old 15.3 hand tall Quarter Horse Gelding with 16+ years of show experience), Spidi (23+ year old 17.3 hand tall Appendix Quarter Horse with 8+ years of show experience), Momma (13 year old 14.2 hand tall Haflinger pony with arena and trail experience), and Penny (18+ year old Quarab mare with 10 years of trail and lesson experience). Feel free to come watch a lesson and decide if you would like to join our equestrian community! Welcome one and all!
